Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hi -- sorry if this has been addressed before, but I could not find anything in the docs or forums.

I did the initial download of images, and the cards had the "most recent" artwork (for example, Forest showed the M13 artwork).

I later did the larger image download and now it shows the oldest possible artwork for any card (for example, Forest now shows artwork from M3 -- I think that's the one, at least).

How can I restore the newer artwork?
Is there a way to toggle between them?
Is this just a matter of deleting some files (and if so, where are they)?

I'm running MacOS, and I don't see anything for images in
/Applications/Forge.app/Contents/Resources/Java/res

You can randomize card art in preferences.
