Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Not sure if this is a problem on my end or not, but only Dragon Whelp and Tormod's Crypt show up as modern-legal from Timeshifted when its a modern-legal set.

Edit: Also, Infestation starter deck or whatever (7th Ed. Goblins) sneaks into shop when I choose Modern for quest pools.
