Updated HQ/LQ card archives

I did not update the HQ+LQ card archives (URL is in the FAQ) for five months (because I didn't play MtG recently) but I want to tell you that I added M14, Theros, Modern Masters, from the Vault 20 and some minor stuff to the HQ archive and added about 1000 files to the LQ archive just now.
I am a little bit less active right now, so I added information how I crop and scale the HQ files from the XLHQ files, if you need them sooner than I provide new updates.
