Bug: Cavern of Souls

The Cavern of Souls land, when used to cast a creature spell of the type you choose when you play the land, is supposed to make the spell non-counterable. It currently does not do this. The AI just played a Counterspell card to counter a summon I made with that land, and the spell was countered normally. Thus, there is something wonky with the way the Cavern of Souls is implemented.

The question is if you really used the colored mana from the land. Caverns of Souls can be also tapped for colorless mana, which can be used for any spell and won't give uncounterability. I think I had problems where the colorless ability was automatically selected if the colored portion of cost was already paid.
