Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I'm trying to figure out how to update forge for JOU. Do I just have to download the new version? if so, what do I do to swap it with the old one but keep my decks and such?

Just download and run the new version. All your data is stored in your AppData folder, outside of the game folders. Everything will be kept between versions.
