Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Something odd has happened to my copy of Forge. I didn't post this as a bug under any particular release; because it's something that recently cropped up and now seems to affect *every* version of Forge, even old versions that I download.

Basically, when the program starts up and gets to "Creating Display Components," it completely locks up. Sometimes, it will complete, but it takes several minutes (sometimes more than five).

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?
