Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I'm playing with a Summoning Trap deck. The AI counters one of my creature spells with Hinder. I then try and play Summoning Trap for 0 mana, but can't for some reason.
Can someone confirm there is a bug with Summoning Trap's alternate cost or is it that I just don't know what I'm doing?
