Bug description:
1. Activate Barrage of Expendables
2. Choose Target
3. Tap Land for Mana
4. Sacrifice a creature
5. Activate Barrage of Expendables
6. Cancel Target ==> Tapped land at step 3 becomes untapped
OR The land stays untapped but the red mana spent returned to mana pool
