Right now If I got a creature that is 4/4 and my opponent block with 2 creatures, say a 3/3 and a 2/2, if the 2/2 creature comes first (I don't know if it's the casted period, or the numerical order) the system will automatically apply 2 dmg to this creature, leaving 2 for the other. But what if I would decide to eliminate the 3/3, judging it's more dangerous the the 2/2, I can't do that right now.
Assuming you're talking about banding, the game handles it correctly. The player that controls the creature with banding chooses how damage is assigned, according to the following rule:
702.21j During the combat damage step, if an attacking creature is being blocked by a creature with banding, or by both a [quality] creature with “bands with other [quality]” and another [quality] creature, the defending player (rather than the active player) chooses how the attacking creature’s damage is assigned. That player can divide that creature’s combat damage as he or she chooses among any number of creatures blocking it. This is an exception to the procedure described in rule 510.1c.

Is it possible to add the Face the Hydra/Battle the Horde challenge?

Can we get an option to remove the highly annoying confirmation dialogs when buying/selling cards and an option to sell multiple cards simultaneously?

You can sell multiple cards simultaneously. Select multiple rows, or right click depending on how you want to do it.

How about multiple copies of the same card? For instance, I want to dump all 4 copies of Dark Confidant that are sitting in my inventory. How do I do that? Or all copies of multiple cards?

Right clicking will let you sell any number of a single row. I don't think there's a way to sell all copies of multiple rows.

A way to see the storm count would be nice, currently you have to manually count the number of spells in the turn log. (or at least theres no easier way I'm aware of)

The Players pane should show the current storm count. Not the most obvious place for sure, but at least for now it's something.

Also the latest one, where the player faces Xenagos :)

It used to be there, but, unless I'm missing something , it hasn't been there for some releases.

One option could be to show it in Card Details panels of cards with storm (plus Storm Entity).

Can we add the sideboard to the in-game View Deck List functionality?

Also, if the deck list is very long, it isn't possible to view it this way. Is it possible to add a scrollbar to "fix" this?

This has already been done, and will be available in the next snapshot build. View Deck List during a match will now use the same deck viewer dialog that you see when double clicking a deck on the Home screen (or when pressing the View Deck button there). If a sideboard is available, the Change Section button will allow viewing it.

It will look like this:

Would it also be possible to update the mana chooser popup to the simple little chooser while paying mana for a spell? If you tap the mana before choosing a spell you get the simple chooser, but if you pick the spell first you get the big popup.

Thanks!

So in light of this, I went ahead and enhanced the Card Detail pane to show the Current Storm Count whenever a Storm card is viewed in it. This seemed the most obvious place to look for this information, and this way simply hovering over the storm card will allow easily seeing the storm count before playing the spell.

Will this work for everyone?

While scrying, it would be nice to see what a card does.
