This is correct. When it comes to color, Hybrid cards are multicolored since they count as both colors. Lands that produce multiple colors of mana are still colorless. Only one land isn't colorless and that's
Dryad Arbor. Color is based on two things, either the casting cost of the card, or rules text that state color.

Yep, Commander is planned, there are just a fair amount of changes for it to actually work. Don't worry though, it'll make it in at some point.
