Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I've been using Forge for a while but in the last couple of days it started glitching on me in the way shown in the attachment. I can't access the deck editor or any of the other top tabs - nor can I drag the window out from under the Mac dropdown menu. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Oh yes - I had been having the problem on Forge 1.5.26 but I've just downloaded 1.5.28 and the same problem occurs.
