How do I select a commander when building a commander deck?

Commander Decks seem to have a special deck editor. Once in Forge, go to Sanctioned Formats->Constructed, then select Commander. Under the Human player, you can click Commander Deck Editor. To add a commander, look for the Change Section button (under the deck title), and click through until you get to the Commander section.
