Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I was trying to play a multiplayer game with a friend and received a bug report. I won the coin toss and couldn't advance any further as the error came up whether I chose "Play" or "Draw". It didn't matter if we restarted the server and/or Forge or not. Here's the text of the report.
