Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hi, I am coming back to Magic after being 15 years absent and am a new Forge user. Is it possible for me to edited the pre constructed decks in Forge (some of them do not have 60 cards like "Heavy Hitters")

Also, is there a directory of servers or players to find opponents for multiplayer games?

If not, what is the easiest way to find opponents who use Forge?

I've been asking myself that question if there's a list of Forge user servers? I'm looking all over the forums but still can't find anything

Network play isn't really working right now and is very very new. The developer that's been working on it needs to do some fixing up of things, but has been busy IRL recently.
