Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Mycosynth Lattice + March of the Machines doesn't register in the rules engine to destroy all lands if March of the Machines was played before Mycosynth Lattice. If Mycosynth Lattice is played before March of the Machines, all lands are destroyed.

Any ideas?
