Windows Error

I downloaded forge in my laptop, but when I tried to open it to play, I got this message: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item"; afeter that the icon to enter was gone. How can I fix that?
I am the only user in the laptop with administrator account (of course), java is installed and I play forge in the PC.
