If I use
Eldrazi Displacer to temporarily exile a morphed
Krosan Cloudscraper does it return to the battlefield morphed or not? Uh, this may or may not have happened in one of my recent games, returning as a 13/13. Totally.

Yes it should return as it's original form.

Yes, that really makes sense actually.
In other news, could I request that the order of eligible formats for a deck is reversed so that "standard" is reported first? If the column in not wide enough all I see is "legacy..." which is not nearly as useful.
