I apologize in advance if the question was made and for my bad English.

Is there a method to upgrade the database? I would like to add new card of the last expansion but I don't know how to do it.

Is there a guide or something like that?

The most recent beta release should be current up to Oath of the Gatewatch. The developers are really good at making sure the new expansions make it into a beta pretty close to paper release.

But, if I have to add a card that the database doesn't have, Can I add it with a specific process?

Theoretically, it is possible. However, it isn't easy, as you have to be able to create a card script to add the desired card. The cards that are currently missing from Forge are that way because they are deemed too difficult to script at the current time, or the existing codebase doesn't support what is necessary to add the card at this time.
