Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Is there a place where I can find the various information needed to modify the battlefield layout? I see that I can save different version nd it's all in XML, but there's a few things I'd like to have - namely a 'window' that's just the 'flashback' list, but not as a hovering window but docked somewhere.

Is there a way to do this?
