Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I've got to just be missing something, but how do I add a Commander to a deck? I have my deck of 99 cards and I have clicked on "Change Section" in the Deck builder and it just keeps cycling through Main, Sideboard, Avatar, Schemes, Planes, and Conspiracy. I don't see how to add a Commander to the deck. I have tried adding it to the Sideboard, but that didn't work.

Did you open the Commander Deck Editor?

1. Click on Constructed on the left pane.
2. Click on the Commander Variant checkbox.
3. Click on Commander Deck Editor button.

That was easy.

I had not. I didn't see that button there since I don't play with the application in full screen. I clicked it and now I do see the ability to switch to the Commander Section.
