About Partial Paris

So, I was running forge 1.5.40 until a few days ago when I downloaded the latest version, and I couldn't help but notice that this version lacked the Partial Paris mulligan when playing a Commander match. Is there anyway to change it again, or was it entirely removed after a few updates ago? I looked everywhere trying to change it, but I couldn't bring it back. Does anybody know something? Thanks in advance.

Partial Paris no longer exists according to the commander rules.

Yeah, I knew that, the thing is I thought I could keep using the feature, as my casual playgroup(and many others) still uses it, and that it would be strange to remove the feature completely instead of creating an option to use it or not. But it makes sense, I thought I was just stupid for not being able to find this option. Thank you and sorry for bothering.
