Suggestion: option to popup stack when cast something

When someone cast a spell can we have a stack pop up in the middle of the screen so I am aware of what's in the stack. I do have the stack on the side honestly even with that I do miss tons of stuff. If I am not playing a counter deck it is not a big deal but sometimes when I just slightly off focus I completely missed the window to counter something and it happened pretty often. I know I know.. pay more attention and I should click OK slowly... but still if there is an option it would be great.

Another more realistic suggestion (if the previous one is deemed not necessary). When something in the stack is targeting a card in play when you move the mouse over you can see the red/orange arrow. Can we please have those arrow show up without having to move the mouse over?
