Melek, Izzet Paragon not working properly

Melek, Izzet Paragon doesn't allow you to cast sorcery cards from the top of the library.
Instants and statics abilities working ok.
Usign Android version: v. 1.5.57.003
I started using Forge since Khaladesh released and it helped a lot in making my new standard deck.
