If you mean that when you select one commander with Partner, it replaces a previously chosen one, try the following:

1) Select your first commander in the list of possibles.
2) Hold CTRL and select the second.
3) Click the "+ Add card" button.

In adventure mode, AI opponent "The Great and Powerful Trixie" (Illusions of Grandeur & Donate combo) crashes if you have Leyline of Sanctity in play. Specifically they cast Illusions of Grandeur and then (I assume) are searching for a target player for Donate and the game soft locks.

The ability of Abu Ja'far doesn't seem to work. I've yet to see him destroy any creature who kills him during any kind of block.

I have a question, you have a list of cards than are not implemented in the forge?, I mean to cards like unhinged, unglued sets; challenge decks (Face the Hydra, Battle the Horde, Defeat a God); 1996 World Champion , Robot Chicken, etc.

I'm running a Mac, but i`ve tried hold Command, alt, control, fn, shift and any combination among them and it doesn't works...

In Quest mode I have "Ice Age, ICE/ALL/CSP" as a choice, but I haven't yet unlocked CSP. When trying to create that draft, I get an error message "Unexpected Error when creating draft tournament, please report as bug". The console shows a warning for including an invalid set - not surprising as CSP is not a set I have unlocked.

...anyway, isn't the Ice Age block ICE/HML/ALL?

Changing blocks.txt to contain Ice Age, 3/6/ICE, ICE HML ALL instead seems to fix the bug - the tournament gets created correctly.
There is some sort of inconsistency between the checks for sets done when offering the draft, and the one when creating it (which reminds me, last time I tried to add a new draft format by adding a new line to the file, it had no effect)

I have 3 creatures with banding and 3 creatures without. I want to declare an attack of 3 pairs of two creatures in 3 bands - one banding creature and one nonbanding creature in each.
I can't find a way to do so.

Rule 702.21c says I should be able to.

Edit : I clicked randomly in frustration to see what happens and I ended up having two bands somehow - but the interface doesn't support this for sure and I had no way to tell I had two bands selected. Next turn I tried again but ended up with only a single band. There needs to be something that tells the player what is in which band - merely showing a "selecting symbol" doesn't help, at the very least there needs to be a different symbol for each selected band or something.

No. Ice Age block never included Homelands (even though it was chronologically after Ice Age). It was more akin to Fallen Empires, that just kinda.. existed. Wizards made up a story about Coldsnap being the "lost third set" of ice age block when it was released.

Winning with Coalition Victory removed all my cards from the game and resulted in a Hellbent Mythic achievement.
Seems like this bug is not caused by only win conditions triggered by cards stolen from other players.

This has been taken care of upstream, it was a rather obscure bug resulting from a mistype in the code that defined who was the winner and who was/were the loser(s) for an alt wincon match resolution.

Many of the quest mode portraits seem to be missing.
For example
"Icon=Gadget Hackwrench.jpg"
is correctly in the file but there is no such jpg file. If I hit "Download Quest images", it says everything is already downloaded. There are no such files in the downloaded zip either.
(I do have java 8 now, and downloaders "work", well, 1 file/minute is as good as none but for quest portraits, it is enough)
