Re: Forge Release 07/08/2017 ver 1.6.0
Was just checking the SVN, and thanks for fixing ghost-lit nourisher and shimatsu, the bloodcloaked, Agetian.
Was always wondering if anyone was doing anything with those little issues I was reporting.

Ranking #1 is top pick, not the other way aroundPux wrote:In draft mode, the AI doesn't pick masterpieces. They all apparently have a ranking of 1, which means that they'll be the last card picked before the basic lands.
Just tested this and it worked fine for me. Either this has already been fixed upstream after 1.6.0 (though I don't remember a relevant commit that would affect it), or maybe there were some special conditions under which it did not work? If it doesn't work for you again, please attach the screenshot of the battlefield so that I can take a look.hjorti wrote:When Combat Celebrant is exerted other creatures untap, but there is no extra combat phase.
That's correct. The creature dies of 0 toughness before the counters offset each otherlazylockie wrote:when you put a -1/-1 counter on a creature with Modular, the creature is still transfering a +1/+1 counter to another artifact creature. not that I'm doubting you sol, you're quite rules expert here. I just got very curious why it happens this way. So I checked on discord for a better explanation, turns out it's confusing but it kinda works? lolfriarsol wrote:That's correct. Sure, so what happens when you put a -1/-1 on the worker, is that there are two state based actions that need to occur. Since neither gets priority over the other, they both occur at the same time.
All state-based actions are applied simultaneously. Basically in a single step the Worker goes from a creature on the battlefield with a +1/+1 and a -1/-1 ability to a creature in the graveyard with both counters removed. Dies triggers use last known information, they go back in time to see what the final state of the creature was. In this case the last time the Worker was on the battlefield it had both counters.
So you get the modular trigger.
