Quest Mode Amonkhet block drafts in incorrect order

Great work getting this out so quickly -- I came home from the IRL pre-release and got to keep playing with the new cards!
I found a minor issue -- in quest mode Amonkhet block drafts (unlocked with a Token) don't have the correct set order or mix. It should be Hour - Hour - Amonkhet, but is instead Amonkhet - Amonkhet - Hour of Devastation.
I went looking for where this is set, but I couldn't find this order defined in the /res text files.
