Sunforger - Currently we can't script unattach costs
Wild Ricochet - We can't change targets yet
Debt of Loyalty - We can't track which regeneration shield was used
Double Negative - Might be possible. Looking into it now.

If you want to start scriipting check out the wiki page on Forge's scripting API. Use that for base knowledge, look at existing scripts of cards that do something similar and ask for further help in the Developer's Corner thread for Card Development Questions.

If you have coding knowledge ask around in the Dev's Corner and check out the wiki, in particular How to Get Started Developing Forge link.

Was building the Heavenly Inferno deck I bought and noticed I couldn't find these cards.

You may want to update to the newest version. Rakdos Carnarium, Syphon Mind, and Syphon Flesh are already included in Forge. Look for Archangel of Strife to be added soon. Comet Storm and Death by Dragons might be doable. The rest are unscriptable at this time.

(infact just 3 original creatures with that combo gives you 24 x 27/27 creatures! But I suppose that's why they're all CMC 5+)

None of those are doable right now. We can't change the colors of spells (or make them colorless).
