Dream Leash.
Glimmerdust Nap is already in Forge. They are the same thing only
Dream Leash allows you to take control of the permanent. So, is it possible to add it?
Well, they aren't quite the same, and this means there's enough of a difference to make it not a simple add. Here are the rulings, the bolding is mine.
10/1/2007:
Glimmerdust Nap can target only a tapped creature.
10/1/2007: If the targeted creature has become untapped by the time
Glimmerdust Nap would resolve,
Glimmerdust Nap is countered for having an illegal target.
10/1/2007:
If the enchanted creature becomes untapped, Glimmerdust Nap is put into its owner's graveyard as a state-based action. 10/1/2005: The restriction that the permanent must be tapped is checked only if you cast
Dream Leash as a spell.
Once Dream Leash is on the battlefield, it doesn't matter if the enchanted permanent becomes untapped. 10/1/2005: If an effect puts
Dream Leash onto the battlefield or moves it to another permanent, the permanent it becomes attached to need not be tapped. If you cast
Copy Enchantment and copy
Dream Leash as it enters the battlefield, the permanent it becomes attached to need not be tapped.
