Here's my current top ten wish list (with a couple of cheats / alternates):

Gaea's Blessing (Dwell on the Past would be a good substitute if the Blessing's triggered ability would be hard to code)
Elixir of Immortality
Warped Devotion
Temporal Adept
Soldevi Digger
Subterranean Hangar (and the other Masques storage lands)
Summon the School
Benalish Commander
Recycle (and / or Null Profusion)

Could we get Kor Spiritdancer? She's pretty much just a combination of Aura Gnarlid and Mesa Enchantress.

Also, the panorama lands from Shards and the borderpost cycle from Alara Reborn would be nice, but I could see the panorama lands not working for the same reason we don't have the charms yet.
