Forge ruling interaction: Mairsil and Quicksilver Elemental

Weird Ruling Interaction: Ok, I made a Mairsil Commander deck, and I believe if the rulings work the way I think they do, if Mairsil, the Pretender exiles Quicksilver Elemental with a cage counter, Mairsil should gain an additional use of his abilities when using Quicksilver's activated ability on himself. In Forge, all it does it copy every instance of its ability, but the copies are greyed out. Thanks.
