Incorrect Opponent Behavior

Description: [My opponent played a second "City of Traitors" so that the first one got destroyed without taping the first one to get the 2 mana. So it made no sense to play the second one. He could have used the additional mana, because he had Umezawa's Jitte which he could have equipped with it. So either don't play the second copy of City of Traitors or add mana before sacrificing the fist copy.]
