i don't have forge but I know forge doesn't have multiplayer.

but i'm checking if it has it now. (As in online multiplayer with human vs human)

also if so is edh possible on it

and do i have access to all cards to build the decks i have (without payment or fee)

Multiplayer on latest version is not yet ready.

Forge game variants are Vanguard, Momir Basic, Commander, Tiny Leaders, Planechase and Archenemy.

You can access all cards for free.
