Many Ixalan cards aren't even available to be used. For example, i tried to search for Tishana to make a new EDH deck and i can't even find it. I circumvented this by downloading a deck off this site with Tishana in it already, and Forge says that Tishana is an "illegal" commander because it doesn't support it. This happened once before with Atraxa, with the result being that Atraxa had a minor typo. Please help and thanks for keeping up the good work

What version do you have? The latest version of Forge definitely has Ixalan cards.

THey are definitely there. Maybe try redownloading the archive?
