How do I permanently lock the phase list on the sidebar?

I'm talking about the UP/DR/M1/BC... list that can be toggled between red and green.

Every once in a while, I'll accidentally toggle a phase off, skipping it and often costing me the game. Outside of rare cases, I never want to change the phases during a game. How can I disable modifying the phase toggles?
