Bug with Endless Whispers and ETB effects

In a game of Commander, Endless Whispers does not trigger the ETB effects of Gilded Drake and Felidar Guardian when the creatures return to the battlefield at end of turn, although there may be more cards which do not work correctly with Endless Whispers. There were no other cards on the battlefield which could have interfered with this effect. There were legal targets for both Gilded Drake and Felidar Guardian.
