Declaring a Commander

Hey guys,i want to test an EDH deck on forge,but cant seem to be able to declare a commander for the deck. Is there any way to do so? Help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Is this in a different section than the normal deck editor? I've checked the wiki, the manual, the forum and I can't find any other explanation that Friarsol's post above.
I can't find the Commander Deck Editor with any Commander section.
Please help!

I'm playing on a Windows 10 machine, could that be why it's different?
Also - my version of Forge is 1.6.17

Inside the Commander Deck Editor click on Change Section until you get to the Commander section.
