I found some cards that don't work....

I havent explored the new set completely but Etali, Primal Storm doesn't work properly... You get the attack trigger but you don't actually get to cast anything.. Also, I can't activate Kiki Jiki which is really annoying ... I'm using the Android version of that makes any difference.. Please help me
