I'm on android and I see a Play Online button..

But not sure what to do next ?

You connect directly to someone, there is no matchmaking and randomizing stuff.

Or you are hosting and youre buddy or buddies connect to your IP

So there is no thread on here with people searching IP's for play ?

Would setting up a server make it easier for pairing ?

I've no idea how it would work.. I wonder if the guys would be able to make something if there was extra funding.

Join the Discord, and ask for games in #networkplay channel. That's the only way to guarantee people are both online at the same time.
