How do I cast a card exiled with Gonti Lord of Luxury?

In the forge android app, I cannot cast the face down card that was exiled with Gonti Lord of Luxury, but I can only look at it. How do I cast it?

This is Gonti Lord of Luxury, it lets me exile one of the top 4 cards of my opponent library and then cast it with any mana.

Is this a glitch or something, how can the developer program Gonti Lord of Luxury to let me cast cards?
