Looks like a fun sealed format. If you want to play, add these lines into the \res\blockdata\fantasyblocks.txt file-
*note for Windows users: do NOT use notepad to edit the file, the formatting will be off and Forge will hang when loading. Use Notepad++ or some other 3rd party text editing tool.
