Java version detection issue

For some reason I cannot download card art, Forge says I have an old version of Java, when I only have the latest version installed -see screenshot showing error, java version, and java tool showing all installed versions.

I tried searching around everywhere and can't find anyone else with this issue.

edit: I tried installing 101 and still got the error. I ended up just making a .cmd file to launch it using the java command line, which works fine and detects the correct version. The .exe must be launching using some other version of java that the official java tool can not see.

Do you have a version of the jdk on your computer? That's usually what happens when Java can't figure out what version you are on.
