Is there a way to include, let's say for example Alpha Llanowar Elves in the editor or decks?

They're all there.

In the deck editor, click on the little wrench that's above the catalog to bring up the options. Disable "unique cards only".

In order for Forge to display the images, you will have to download the set pictures (Game Settings -> Content Downloaders).
