Testing my Sliver casual commander deck I noticed an issue with Brood Sliver and Synapse Sliver not actually getting their effects after "saying yes" you want to activate them.
Edit for clarity: These Slivers have effects that proc on doing battle damage. They trigger properly, but do not seem to activate after the prompt. They did work in past versions.

Karmic Guide infinite loop.
I have Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite in play. AI plays Karmic Guide. Karmic Guide dies to state based -2/-2 and AI is apparently able to target it in the graveyard with its own ability. This causes it to come back, die, and target itself again in an infinite loop.

I was playing commander against the AI and it is using a modified built from scratch deck. Here you can see it using Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer to target Junk Diver but he has no logan permanents to sacrifice other than Junk Diver. It repeats several times and then it eventually gets away with an illegal move resulting in an indestructible Junk Diver.

My opponent controlled a Contested War Zone and one of my creatures dealt combat damage to him, but the War Zone remained under his control

Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow, seems to proc off any ninja attacking, including opponent controlled ninjas.

Blocked Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger with my Phyrexian Obliterator. According to the log, the trigger went on the stack, and though it shows 10 damage, the source is "null." So my opponent didn't sacrifice any permanents.

Under constructed, click the "Commander" variant. On the player tab, next to the names of each commander deck you'll see "Commander Deck Editor" (currently you can't just use the normal deck editor as far as I know). Thassa, God of the Sea can not attack or block even though its devotion requirements are met.
I have not yet testet other gods of the theros block.

Ral Zareks third ability doesn't trigger abilities that trigger on coin flips such as for example Chance Encounter or the new legendarys like Okaun, Eye of Chaos.

Two things:
(1) The Pauper format filter in the Deck Editor seems to have disappeared. It was possible to filter for Pauper cards in previous releases; now, there are two "Commander" filters for some reason.
(2) The Zubera are bugged: if, for instance, Floating-Dream Zubera gets sacrificed, reanimated and sacrificed again in the same turn, the second trigger will only draw one card. It should draw two cards, as two Zubera died this turn (despite being the same card both times).
