Bug report: Cradle of the accursed can't be sacrificied

I am in main phase. Is this not when sorcerery spells are allowed? I have enough mana, but I can't sac the land. This has happened a few times, and sometimes it also works.

I think perhaps the Sea's Claim enchanting the land is blocking the ability. Sea's Claim turns the land into a basic Island.
