New to MTG. Any way to use card alt arts?

New to MTG as well as fprge (obviously). I was watching videos and then noticed some really cool artworks on some of the cards.

Is there any way to see all alternative images over the years on certain cards? Like Unholy Strength (ex: pentagram and no pentagram?)
If so how?

Download the LQ set pics using the content downloader within Forge. That'll get you just about every card from the major sets.

i did. i just cant understand how to change the picture in a card? Right or left clicking wont do it at all
