Collectible Card Game Headquarters

So I'm trying to add Sunken Field to my commander deck in the deck builder but there isn't an option to add it by right clicking and add card does nothing. Not sure if it's something I did but I don't think so since the other 98 cards work.

So after just adding an island and playing a game, the card appeared in my deck but not in my deck list, so not quite sure what happened.
