You can Filter -> New Filter and enter Rebel in the Card Type field. When I do this I get a list of 9 Rebels.

But the filter only finds those cards with "Rebel" in the text, not in the creature (or tribal) types. The filter will find all of the rebel searchers and things like the Ramosian Revivalist but not Aven Riftwatcher, Blade of the Sixth Pride, Jhovall Queen, Bound in Silence, etc. (let alone all of the changling spells and creatures). The filter needs a card type text field as well in order to support searching for things like rebels, soldiers, and mercenaries.
In researching this, it occurs to me that we don't currently have Skyshroud Poacher -- I need to add this to list of requested cards because it seems like it should definitely be doable.

Yeah, after I posted I realized that I was mistaken.

On my computer the text in the filter window is truncated and I guess that this lead to my confusion. But I agree, additional filtering options would be a good thing.
