Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Sorry I'm new here and couldn't find the list of cards that can't be implemented yet so I don't know if this card is on it or not but I noticed that Plague of Vermin from Shadowmoor is not in forge. I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place.

But yes, that card hasn't been implemented for AI reasons.
