Forge: 11/10/2018 ver 1.6.18
Desktop: https://releases.cardforge.org/forge/forge-gui-desktop/1.6.18/forge-gui-desktop-1.6.18.tar.bz2
GRN is finished! Please let us know if you see any other bugs most especially for the newers cards.
Forge now requires Java 8 (or newer). You will not be able to start the game if you are not yet running Java 8.
We have a Discord server for hanging out with Forge devs and other Forge fans. Feel free to jump on in and say hi!
Online Multiplayer is once again functional!
New Puzzles
Several new Possibility Storm puzzles have been added, including the latest puzzles from the Guilds of Ravnica season.
New Quest Opponents
Several new quest opponents were added in this release, themed around some of the recent cards from Guilds of Ravnica and Magic Core Set 2019.
AI improvements
There have been some AI fixes and tweaks here and there to improve the quality of AI play. While not major or groundbreaking, hopefully these tweaks will make the current Standard more fun to play against the AI.
Deck Editor Item Groupings
A new item grouping was added to the image view in the deck editor, called Planeswalker Deck Sort, which sorts Planeswalkers, then Rares, then Creatures, Lands, and Other Spells. Also, the type-based grouping was updated to show Planeswalkers and Tribal Instants separately.
Customizable Decks Folder
A configuration option was added to Forge profile properties file to set a custom folder for storing decks, separate from other data cache options. An option to set the deck folder was added to mobile Forge interface.
Auto-Download Missing Card Art (Mobile)
An option to automatically download missing card art was added to the mobile Forge interface. It is available under "Graphic Options" in Settings.
Bug fixes
As always, this release of Forge features an assortment of bug fixes and improvements based on user feedback during the previous release run.
Known issues are here: https://git.cardforge.org/core-developers/forge/issues
Feel free to report your own there if you have any.
The Forge archive includes a MANUAL.txt file and we ask that you spend a few minutes reading this file as it contains some information that may prove useful. We do tend to update this file at times and you should quickly read this file and look for new information for each and every new release. Thank you.
The archive format used for the Forge distribution is ".tar.bz2". There are utilities for Windows, Mac OS and the various *nix's that can be used to extract/decompress these ".tar.bz2" archives. We recommend that you extract/decompress the Forge archive into a new and unused folder.
Some people use the Windows application 7zip. This utility can be found at http://www.7-zip.org/download.html. Mac users can double click on the archive and the application Archive Utility will launch and extract the archive. Mac users do not need to download a separate utility.
Once the Forge archive has been decompressed you should then be able to launch Forge by using the included launcher. Launching Forge by double clicking on the forge jar file in the past caused a java heap space error. Forge's memory requirements have increased over time and the launchers increase the java heap space available to Forge. Currently you can launch Forge by double clicking on the forge jar file without a java heap space error but this is likely to change as we add in more sounds, icons, etc.
- The Mac OS application version -
We haven't been able to distribute the OS X Application version of Forge in sometime. We've recently automated our release tools, and will continue to look in the viability of creating this file now that things are autoamted.
- Online Multiplayer -
For local network play you should only need two systems running Forge. One to host and one to join and play. For remote (over the Internet) play you will need to ensure that the port used (36743 by default) is forwarded to the hosting machine.

The AI seems to use Mirror of Fate even when it can't take advantage of the ability; for instance, it will activate it in response to Wheel of Fortune, killing itself.

The ability of Kwende, Pride of Femeref doesn't seem to work.
I have a creature enchanted with Dub, which gives it first strike, but it doesn't get double strike.
Edit: it does get double strike when the third step of Triumph of Gerrard activates.

I can't upload a picture because the file size is too big, but using Karn Liberated's ultimate in Commander enabled me to draw a card labeled "Child of Alara's Commander Effect" (the commander of my deck was Child of Alara) that appears as a glitchy yellow card. Also, I have two copies of my commander in my command zone. I suspect restarting the game does something weird with Karn's ability in Commander.

This is a known recorded issue.4thEdition wrote:The ability of Kwende, Pride of Femeref doesn't seem to work.
I have a creature enchanted with Dub, which gives it first strike, but it doesn't get double strike.
Edit: it does get double strike when the third step of Triumph of Gerrard activates.

Still a glitch with Merieke Ri Berit: When AI uses ability of Merieke, enslaved creatures aren't destroyed when she becomes untapped. Works correctly when used by player, though. Thanks all for such regular updates!

This is probably old, but Sin Prodder has some confusing wording on it's prompt:
It is not really obvious, at least to me, what "Allow" and "Deny" are referring to. Allow it to go into the graveyard? Allow them to draw it?
Even if the prompt just said "Allow PLAYER to draw this card?" then it would be fine. But the prompt is currently just "Choose one"
Additionally, it's one of those cards like Council's Judgment where if you click through the first message, there is no indication what the chosen/revealed card was. It would be nice if it added a line to the battle log window thingie saying which card was revealed (also it would be awesome if Council's Judgment did the same thing).

I am able to see my opponents hand even during opponents turn including any cards drawn during that turn when my Sen Triplets are out.
Also I am still presented with 2 options when playing a card from opponents hand with Sen Triplets and neither option makes a difference. I have reported that bug a few times now.

Bone dragon does not work. I have 8 cards in graveyard, plenty of black mana, but it cannot be returned to the play field from the graveyard. It is IN the flash pile, as if it should be available, but it does nothing when clicking on it.

Aurelia's Fury hangs the game when targeting a planeswalker, presumably because it can't tap it as a creature and can't prevent it casting spells as a planeswalker.

Thanks for the update!
The AI cannot play Hypothesizzle right. It destroys its own creatures using this card and surrenders the field to the opponent letting him or her attack directly.
