Resizing cards question

Quick question here. When playing you can zoom in on cards and they pop up in the middle of the screen. Is there any way to adjust the zoom level/window size?
Most every other window and text box layout can be changed while in a match but not that one. Is there any way to adjust it outside of the game by editing a config file or something?
